Forged featuring a full tang, high-carbon stainless steel with bolster to add balance and weight.Use for chopping, mincing, and cutting. Tasks include dicing onions, mincing shallots, chopping herbs, crushing garlic, and shredding cabbage.

The forged blade of 5Cr15Mov steel is delivered razor-sharp. Each knife is sharpened to precision with laser technique to achieve the ultimate sharpness.
