This not only ensures high sharpness and a beautiful appearance, but it also ensures that the product that you are cutting doesn't stick to the blade. The hardness of the blade is 60 ± 2 HRC, which is exceptionally hard. This retains the knife sharpness very long. Triple riveted ebony handle sits very nicely in your hand, both left and right handed. All in all, a gorgeous, functional knife to love.
